Since 1986, Td Doherty, founder and president of FITNESS FOR TODAY, has brought hope and enthusiasm to individuals and organizations in the area of the 3e's...eating, exercise, and emotions.
Td holds a B.A. degree in Communications from Western Michigan University. Her post graduate studies have included: Exercise Science, Anatomy, Physiology, Nutrition, Biomechanics of Human Movement, and others from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Her professional skills have been certified through the American Council on Exercise, the Institute for Aerobics Research (Cooper Clinic), the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and Bally's President's Health Clubs. Td was named Bally's Health Club Personal Trainer of the Year in 1989.
