ORDERING INFORMATION AND TERMS:
Minimum order is $30.00. For orders less than minimum, a service fee of $5.00 will be added to the invoice total.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of in stock items. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of Special Order items.

SHIPPING:
Because we charge only the actual shipping charges incurred, shipping costs will be quoted to you after your order has been received. You will be notified by email, and the shipping charges will be added to your order automatically.
RETURNS:
In the unlikely event you need to return an item, please contact us for your required approval code. Items cannot be returned without an approval code.
We cannot accept returned items postmarked after 30 days from shipment date.
There is a 15% restocking charge on returns, unless the item is defective.
LIABILITY:
Dort's Deals will not be liable for injuries or consequences sustained in the use of any equipment ordered.

WARNING:
Any activity involving motion, rotation or height carries with it a reasonable assumption of risk and the possibility of catastrophic injury, paralysis or even death. This equipment is intended for use ONLY by properly trained and qualified participants under supervised conditions with a qualified instructor. Use without proper supervision, or abuse, could be DANGEROUS and should NOT be undertaken or permitted. Before using, know your limitations and the limitations of the equipment. Use on flat and stable surfaces only. The setup, teardown, adjustment and use must be done by a qualified instructor. All equipment must be inspected for loose fittings, damage, defects and proper working order before, during and after each use - damaged equipment must be repaired or replaced at once. All equipment on this page must be used with proper protective padding in place. User assumes all risks.
